Jenny Chen has been providing clients with audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services since 1995. Her diverse experience includes working with closely-held companies in a variety of industries, including law firms and professional service companies, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, supermarkets, nonprofit organizations and companies that have multi-state operations. Jenny specializes in performing audits of employee benefit plans and has in-depth knowledge of AICPA, ERISA, DOL and IRS requirements relating to these plans. She also provides business consulting services in various areas including agreed-upon procedures, internal control assessments, accounting software implementation, as well as cash flow forecasts and projections.

Jenny graduated with honors from University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. She also has a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is an active member of the community, serving on the board of directors for nonprofit organizations such as Glendale Healthy Kids and Asian Business League of Southern California and is a member of the audit committee for Glendale Arts. In addition, Jenny chairs the firm’s Education Committee and is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Committee. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.

Jenny and her family currently reside in Granada Hills and she enjoys cooking, traveling and experiencing the outdoors with her family and dog.
