Mindy (Ming-Hsiu) Lee has extensive experience serving the needs of Chinese and other international businesses. She manages the Firm's audit and assurance specialists which conducts auditing and assurance services in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for numerous companies that have become, or are looking to become, U.S. publicly-held companies whose shares may be sold and traded in the US financial markets.  These companies are mostly manufacturers of a wide range of products including pharmaceuticals, LED lighting, light-duty electric vehicles, green energy refrigeration products, specialized metal fasteners, and agricultural products. 

In addition to the services described above, Ms. Lee has a great deal of experience working with non-US companies looking to establish US sales and distribution networks.  She provides consulting services for these clients include consultation as to business start-up and ongoing compliance activities including licensing, permits, taxation and other regulatory compliance matters.  She also consults with Chinese investors who are considering investing in US real estate, hotels and other businesses either by direct investment or through EB-5 programs. 

Prior work experience includes PKF (Los Angeles office), Arthur Andersen, and a position with a publicly traded company in Taipei, Taiwan.  Her specific areas of expertise include auditing and consulting services for publicly traded and private companies within pharmaceutical, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, and non-profits. 
  
Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tunghai University in Taiwan and a Master of Business Administration degree emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, California.  She is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
