Josh has a background in engineering and consulting with nine years experience in cost segregation work. Josh’s expertise includes manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, automobile and truck dealerships, nursing homes, health care facilities, office buildings, medical centers, hotels/motels, apartments, restaurants, retail facilities, technical facilities, resorts and casinos, and golf courses. Josh also has experience performing real property purchase price allocations and cost of sales analyze.
