Donna Osborne joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood, LLP in 1996 and became a partner in 2009. Donna is involved with a diverse clientele including governmental units, agribusiness and retail entities as well as providing tax services. She also is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee.

Donna graduated Cum Laude with distinctions in accounting from San Diego State University. Furthermore she is a member of the San Diego State University chapter of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Donna is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Board President of the El Centro Regional Medical Center’s Foundation.

Donna is a lifetime resident of El Centro. She is married and has three children.
