Elizabeth Madden is the Director of Recruiting and Professional Development at Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP where she leads Recruiting Services. Elizabeth partners with the Firm’s diverse group of clients to help them identify and recruit high performers for their hard to fill positions.
With a proven track record of adding value, Elizabeth has helped clients hire CFO’s, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Bookkeepers, COO’s, and Administrative professionals. Elizabeth’s efficient, process-oriented approach has earned an impressive list of testimonials and referrals.
Elizabeth is a Certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and a Certified Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS). She holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Human Resource Management from California State University Chico. She also serves on Hutchinson and Bloodgood’s Education Committee where she plays a key role in identifying and arranging training solutions for the firm's professionals.
