Directions and Parking Instructions:  Highway 163 north of Interstate 8; go east on Friar's Road; stay in the right-hand lane and turn right on Frazee Road; turn right on Hazard Center Drive, and then right again into the Hazard Center Driveway East.  Drive into the underground parking structure, where parking and the entrance to the Office Tower can be found to your right.
