Donna Osborne is straightforward, honest and approachable. With a practice focused on governmental units and the agribusiness industry, she has extensive experience with tax planning, compliance and financial reporting.
As a lifetime resident of El Centro, Donna is familiar with the people, area and culture. She joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood in 1996 and was elected Partner in 2009. Donna is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee.
